Recently there have been some checks payable to Chinese Embassy, which cannot be cashed in bank. In order to avoid such circumstances, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Ireland kindly requests all Chinese visa and other consular document applicants to pay in cash instead of check as of 1st Jan., 2009. The checks issued by the companies will still be acceptable.
